The thought of scheduling your boudoir shoot can be daunting. But don’t worry, you’re not alone! Booking a boudoir shoot can seem scary but what a wonderful way to step out of your comfort zone. And just like my gorgeous client Kirstie had to say, the end result will be SO worth it.

I Don’t Feel Confident Enough For A Boudoir Shoot

Most women don’t feel confident in their body and it’s not your fault. Society has conditioned us basically from birth to never feel “good enough.” Societies unrealistic standards and the models and celebrities photoshopped all over the covers of magazines is one of the reasons why I do very minimal editing. My editing style is evening out skin tones, removing blemishes if you wish, and popping color. That’s it. I’m not going to bring your waist in or give you more volumizing hair or do anything to make you not look like yourself. 99% of the the boudoir shoot is your experience and I want you to FEEL amazing throughout the entire process. That alone can give you that confidence boost you’ve been looking for. You’ll walk out of my studio on cloud 9 and and already be planning your next shoot. Then you’ll receive your photos in an online gallery and be blown away at how amazing YOU look. Because you’ll look as amazing as you felt on that very day! And if that doesn’t boost your confidence then I don’t know what will.

You see, you don’t have to be super confident to come do a boudoir shoot. It’s the experience itself that will bring you there and you’ll feel a confidence boost that you maybe never thought possible.

A boudoir shoot is a huge act of self love. And in the future when you’re not feeling so confident (because we all know we can’t feel amazing 24/7), then you can look back on these photos, remember the experience, and remind yourself how badass you truly are!

But I’m Not Going To Look Like The Women On Your Website

Want me to tell you the honest truth? You’re right, you’re not. You’re going to look like you. Many women I photograph think to themselves well all of those women’s photos with Amber are beautiful. I’m sure I’ll have fun but my photos won’t be beautiful. And that couldn’t be further from the truth.

Kirstie booked her session with me because she saw testimonials from other women and heard about their positive experiences.

I understand this, I do. But I want you to know that payment plans are available and you can pay for your session in four equal payments every two weeks.

I completely understand that boudoir photography is a luxury service, like getting your hair done or your nails. It’s for sure not something that you need to survive but it does make you feel a little better. What a beautiful gift to give yourself! I think the only regret you’ll have after your session is done is that you didn’t book it sooner.

Doing A Boudoir Shoot For You

I hope that this will help you to realize that the best time to do a boudoir shoot is not six months from now or next year when you’ve lost the weight. The best time to do a boudoir shoot is right now. You deserve to start celebrating yourself and your body!
