If you’ve heard of the Confidence Mastery Strategy before, you may think it is only for those who already walk around with sky high self esteem. Instead, Confidence Mastery is a strategy for anyone who wants to experience a deep shift in how they view and feel about themselves, no matter their current struggles or past doubts.
To put it simply, Confidence Mastery is about building a foundation of belief in yourself, cultivating habits that foster self love, and overcoming your inner critic.

Confidence Mastery Part #1: Be Consistent with Self Affirmation Practices. Studies have shown that those who engage in daily positive self talk are more likely to feel confident in themselves and their abilities. When you consistently tell yourself positive affirmations, it rewires your brain to focus on your strengths and potential, instead of your perceived weaknesses.

Confidence Mastery Part #2: Stop Doubting Yourself and Your Worth. I know this is one of the simplest sounding yet difficult things in practice. Have you been struggling with self doubt since childhood or your last challenging life experience?
Back in the early days of my career, I was in a similar boat as you. I often doubted my worth and abilities, wondering if I could ever feel truly confident. It wasn’t until I started practicing self compassion and surrounding myself with supportive people that I was able to shift my mindset.

Confidence Mastery Part #3: Create a Positive Support System. When you first set out to achieve unshakeable confidence in yourself, you will likely face setbacks and moments of doubt. A surefire way to combat this is by creating a positive support system. When you surround yourself with people who uplift and believe in you, you end up becoming more resilient and capable of handling challenges. This means you’ll feel more confident in yourself and your abilities, even when the going gets tough.
While I stand by this being the only strategy you need, you must regularly assess your progress. For example, if you’re still struggling with self doubt, it may be time to adjust your self affirmation practice or seek further support.
One time, I realized my affirmations weren’t sticking because I wasn’t truly believing them. I had to dig deeper and really work through my internal blocks to embrace my worth. Once I did, everything shifted.
