I am happy to say that I’ve helped dozens of women find their spark again through retreats for women, and my routine plays a big role in creating these unforgettable experiences.

A day in my life as a retreat host looks a little like this:

Morning: I begin with a quiet moment of gratitude, focusing on the women joining me and the impact the retreat will have on their lives.

Noon: I dive into planning activities that inspire self love and connection, like workshops, photo sessions, and moments of reflection.

Evening: I wind down with family or journaling about the day’s wins, centering myself for the next steps.

This routine keeps me grounded, creative, and prepared to offer a transformative experience.

Some Advice From Those Who Host Retreats For Women

I love learning from other experts in the wellness and retreat space. One of my favorite mindfulness coaches, Lexy, once said, “You can’t pour from an empty cup – fill your own first.”

Never let others convince you that investing in yourself isn’t worth it. While your great grandma might say, “You have to work harder, not smarter,” it’s ok to replace that idea with “I need to recharge so I can give my best.”

You Need Self Compassion And A Plan
